WHAT IS YOUR PHOTO STYLE?

My preferred style of photography is usually called candid or documentary style photography. This means we don’t run around posing everyone, but rather your photographer will become part of your day, part of what’s going on, a quiet observer of the day. We capture the real and natural moments throughout the special occasion.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes. A 10% deposit will secure your date. All deposits are non-refundable, but where possible I am happy to reschedule.

WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED?

Full payment is required at least one week prior to your photo date.

HOW MANY DIGITAL IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

It varies depending on how many hours you require – but you will receive all the edited images. This means all the images have been selected, edited and ready to share and print for family and friends. You will not receive all the images taken on the day, but the very best. Your edited, professionally finished digital images will be delivered via a personal Dropbox link or on a USB.

The digital files will be in high-resolution, suitable for printing your own album and enlargements up to 30cmx20cm and low-resolution suitable for social media use.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE A PHOTO DATE?

Usually the best time is early morning or late afternnon since the light tends to be softer which produces even shadows across skintones. Where possible I like to avoid midday and the harsh light during this time of the day. 

DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY AS WELL?

Yes, my company has videographers who you can use to document your day in a unique way. I find videography and photography complement each other beautifully as a complete story of the day, both mediums capturing moments the other cannot.

DO YOU DO PRINTS?

Yes I do. The cost of using my printing service will vary depending on what size you require, the paper stock you use. 

WILL WE GET A CHANCE TO MEET YOU BEFORE THE BIG DAY?

Absolutely, I love meeting the couple before the day, usually at least a few months out if suitable, since we can discuss ideas and get a feel of each others vision and how to execute it. I warmly welcome correspondence closer to the day via email for any other questions or queries you may have.
